Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Can I return a fragrance if the box is opened?

If our fragrance box is opened or the sealed sticker is removed, the item cannot be returned. However, we offer a free complimentary sample outside the box so you can try the fragrance and feel confident about your purchase before opening the box.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

What is your refund process?

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What are the shipping options and costs?

For orders within the United States:

  1. Orders from $50 and up: Free delivery - Economy
  2. Orders from 0lb-5lb: 5 to 8 business days - Economy ($4.99 USD)
  3. Orders from 5lb-70lb: 5 to 8 business days - Economy ($19.90 USD)
  4. Orders from 0lb-11b: 3 to 4 business days - Standard ($6.90 USD)
  5. Orders from 11lb-5lb: 3 to 4 business days - Standard ($9.60 USD)
What should I do if my order is not received but the tracking shows it was delivered?
